Engage exists to provide perspective on culture through the eyes of a Biblical worldview, showing how that worldview intersects with culture and engages it.

We are a team of 20-somethings brought together by a common faith in Jesus Christ and employment in our parent organization American Family Association.

Cortney Sargent is a husband, radio host, author, and musician. He has started five businesses, authored two books, “Stuck In Neutral: How to Live Life in Drive" and “Beginners Guide to Music Theory," and has released five music projects with more to come.

Cortney can be heard daily on Urban Family Talk, a radio division of AFA/AFR. You can catch him weekdays as host of “Up Together” for encouragement and inspiration. To hear his unapologetic commentary on current events, you can listen to him on Urban Family’s morning show, “Airing the Addisons."

Cortney’s vision in life is to motivate and inspire people to live life to its fullest. His favorite quote is “Let’s make it better by living in drive together!”
